We are a family company that has spent more than 50 years devoted to raising calves with great care and selling their extraordinary meat. To achieve that, we have two farms in the Navarre towns of Tajonar and Loza (covering 140,000 m2 in total) where our selection of the best female cattle from the Limousin and Charolais breeds lives for approximately 6 months.


Our meat


Vacuno Rosado meat has its own unique characteristics as it comes from selected calves, only female cattle from the Limousin and Charolais breeds, slaughtered when they are less than 20 months old. The exclusive diet based on 100% vegetable fodder that we produce ourselves, along with the animal wellbeing at our facilities means that the meat is exceptional in terms of colour, flavour, juiciness, tenderness, fat marbling, texture and consistency.

Undoubtedly, a meat produced with a lot of care for the most demanding palates.

In 1999 Vacuno Rosado became the first company in Navarre and the second nationwide to obtain the CERTICAR certified meat seal, the maximum guarantee of quality.
