For more than 20 years, CERTICAR has been a seal accredited by ENAC (National Accreditation Entity) for the standard UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17065, it is one of the most important national Certification bodies. The accreditations granted by ENAC are accepted by the entire European Union and in a significant number of countries outside of it.
QUALITY REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTS
- Waste control.
- Traceability control for beef.
- Labelling control system.
- Animals raised on cattle farms approved by CERTICAR and located in Navarre.
- 100% Vegetarian diet.
- Animals less than 20 months old.
- Airing: minimum of 24 hours.
